PointerWhat is our Return Policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We have an unconditional return policy refunding the purchase amount less restocking fee for items received back for return that are in its original, UNWORN condition within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee if Free Shipping was issued on the order. Please include the reason for the return. SH fees are non-refundable for returns. You must include the original invoice along with the returned merchandise in order for us to process your return quickly. Please remember to include the order number on your return label. Items with a price of $10 or less are final sale. All accessories, swimwear, beauty/cosmetic, costumes, lingerie, intimates are final sale.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON INTERNATIONAL / CANADA ORDERS

Before sending back the merchandise, please use a protective box or wrap with thick paper. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of package.

On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping item, when this happens, please contact us, we will make it right by issue you a full refund or reship the correct item. We may or may not require the original item to be returned back to us. We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you.

PointerWhat is your Exchange Policy?
Fashion items / styles turn over rapidly; therefore, we cannot hold an item for a customer for an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instruction below: (all exchanges and return are honor within 30 days of purchase)

1. Find the item you wish to exchange for.
2. Purchase it like a brand new order, checkout & PAY for it immediately.
3. You will have a new order number for the new purchase.
4. Return the unwanted item along with original packaging and invoice to us. Please write "Exchange" & the order number of the new purchase.
5. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. We will issue you a FULL refund including SH on the initial order (S&H for the NEW order will not be refunded) once we receive the return. Items with a price of $10 or less are final sale.
All accessories, swimwear, beauty/cosmetic, costumes, lingerie, intimates are final sale.

All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). S&H is non-refundable.

All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 20% restocking fee. S&H is non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

I have read and fully understood the terms and policies stated within the FAQ page, including policies on payment, shipping fees, return/exchange, and undeliverable/refused packages. I also understand that UrbanOG.com does not accept cancellations via email. All cancellations must be tendered by phone within 1 hour of purchase.

International Orders - All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by your local government. USPS and UPS only act as the collectors for the fees due to Customs, and may issue additional invoices as a part of the duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs department. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. UrbanOG.com is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country's government. All international orders are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
