I followed the sizing suggestions for two pairs of shoes that I bought, and each were about a half size too big, so I suggest going a half size down from what the model suggests. Now I have two super cute pairs of shoes sitting in my closet that I can't wear...I'll probably see if any of my sisters want them, but still a disappointment
