I was EXTREMELY disappointed with these shoes. For once UO finally gets a pair of cute heels that aren't a mile high and then they say these are true to size and they most certainly are not. I usually order a 10 because 9.5 are usually not an option and from time to time 9s are just a little too small. Until this pair of shoes, 10s have always been too loose, too big, too long, etc. These ridiculous shoes fit like an 8-8.5. You shouldn't write that your model says they feel true to size when they don't. Not even close. So thanks for having me pay the return shipping and I'm loving the overly complicated return/exchange policy.

Normally, size 10 heels are too big on me and I have to pad them in. These are SUPER tight and I'll have to stretch them out somehow. I'm planning on wearing these for my wedding, however they might be a tad too tight and uncomfortable for me to wear all night.

so i was looking forward to rocking this shoe, and i ordered my usual size, a size 10, and it didn't fit!! like i am so disappointed with this shoe. ladies please other a size higher than your normal.
