the boots were not what I expected. the quality of the "leather" was fine for the price. But the size was not true, it was too big. Also, the picture did not accurately describe the length of the boot. To get it to that place on the knee (and I'm not a short girl), you had to scrunch them over half the length of the "shaft". But to send it back would cost half of the purchase price, not worth it

I love these boots! I was expecting them to be a bit lighter in color, but after looking again at the picture they are exactly the same color. they are very comfortable with the low heel. I have shapely legs and even without a slit at the top, there is still plenty room at the opening which is good because i was afraid they would fit tight all the way up my thigh. they are definitely thigh highs. Even though they appear slim fit, I can still wear jeans with these comfortably. great buy and look. I also ordered 1/2 size up but I could have ordered my normal size
