This is a very nice shoe. I got the tan shoe and it seems much taller than expected but it is soft and I love the details it has. It's quite tight around the front of the shoe where the leather "strap" is located, so its was hard to get it on because of that and was a little too tight when walking around in it at home. It seems like it was made very tightly in that area to feel snug and secure but I think they overdid it a little. I suggest going up a half size if you don't like it really tight. That said I really like the shoe and though I've never done an exchange I think I'll do one for this one. Its comfy and worth it.
