One of my favorite dresses! It's so cute and girly. You can dress it up with a platform pump or make it a little bit more casual with a flat sandal. I am 5'8 and can wear a small or medium depending on the dress. I got this one in the small and it fits really snug in the bust area. I didn't send it back because I think a medium would have been to big in the waist. Either way I love this dress!
