I usually wear a 9 1/2 to 10 in regular shoes but got these in a 9. They are a little hard to get on but once they are, they fit fine and are comfortable. I wore them all night without any problems. The heal slipped off my foot a few times so that would have been a problem if I had purchased my usual size. These are definately a statement shoe and much bulkier and taller than I was expecting.

I WANTED TO LIKE THIS PUMP SOOO MUCH , THE COLOR IS AWSOME, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY RUN BIG AND TO WIDE, I HAD TO RETURNED IT.( I BOUGHT THE NEON YELLOW)
