I ordered these boots after christmas this year (2012) and am VERY disappointed with my purchase. I wear a size 5.5 in boots so that they fit snug with warm socks. The size 5.5 are more like a 7.5! My sister tried them on, who is a size 7, and they are even big for her! Thankfully, she is going to keep them anyway to wear with thick socks because I also do NOT like urbanog.com's exchange policy. I will NOT buy another pair of boots from here and wait 10 buisness days to be reimbursed as well as paying the shipping fees to return them. I was going to exchange them for the only pair available in a size 5, however I will not be stuck with another pair of ill-fitting boots, nor do I ever plan on ordering anything from this website again.

I love them! I just ordered these 2 weeks ago. They are just the color I was looking for. I was concerned when searching for riding boots, that there may not be enough calf space. But there definitely is. I can where them with thick jeans or thin leggings.
However, watch out when I wore baggier jeans with them the zipper got caught on, and snagged my jeans a couple times. I still love these boot thought. They are super comfy.
Also they are true to size. I usually wear an 8 1/2 in flat shoes. And 9 in heels. But just to be safe I ordered a size 9. This fits great too. Even though, an 8 1/2 may have worked also. I wear these often. So far they have proven to be durable. Great Buy!!!

Boots not true to size, a little bigger than expected, which is ok, because I plan to wear them with long socks. Very excited to wear these for fall!
