I was so excited to order these shoes. I ordered a 9 but I received a 5.5 which made me so upset I called customer service and they was not willing to pay for shipping on their mistake. The shoes are gorgeous in person but there were a few gold studs missing. This was the only shoes that I was dissatisfied with from this company.

I was so excited to get these shoes. However, I have been out of town and just got to open the box yesterday. I am sending you a picture, two of the gold studds are missing off one of the shoes. You can take one look at the box and see they were stacked with heavy boxes on top of them. There are all kind of puncture and indentations on the inside of the box. I have always been happy with your company. I need to know how to proceed, I want a new pair of the same shoes. Please email me back
