This strapless dress features semi-sheer chiffon with multicolored line print throughout, elastic band at top and waist, contrasting self-tie fabric bow at waist with attached belt loops at sides, high-low hem, stitching detail, and finished with full underlining. Accessories sold separately. Made in U.S.A. 100% Polyester Shell. 100% Polyester Lining.

this dress is ridiculously cute but you seriously are going to need two haircuts to wear this one. i thought they were shorts underneath but it's a really short skirt - gonna have to be super careful wearing it around unless you don't mind flashing your beav every where.
