Look really cool- heel is really smooth and loud, can be slippery. One of the eyelets for the laces fell out the first time I wore them, but I still really like the way they look and could be an easy enough fix.

So fun and cute, I can wear them with anything. I didn't realize it had a zipper down the sides though, and it's annoying but I'm getting used to it. overall a good purchase

I was afraid when I bought these boots, because of the reviews, but these are amazing. I've been wearing them everyday since I got them. They're very comfortable and they really look good. I even wore them in heavy rain and my feet didn't get wet. These are a bit slippery though, but not enough to fall on your face. They're great fall/spring boots, but I wouldn't wear them in winter, because no traction and ice...well ouch.

These shoes are one of my favorites! I love them and wear them with everything. The only downside is that you can't adjust the zippers and the shoe is very slippery. Almost knocked out a few times... and it hasn't even begun to snow.

These boots are super cute and great quality. You have to watch the zipper tho. If there's any tension in the zipper when you go to zip it up, it won't zip. You have to unlace the boots and lace them back up and the zipper will stay if it's already zipped. Taking them off is easy, cause you can un-zip it but you can't zip it back up. Kind of a bummer, thus the one less star.

I loved these boots. Until I tried them on and the zippers were defective. I'm SO bummed too. I think if the zippers were addressed these boots would be awesome. I don't think they looked cheap at all. Zippers, huge issue. They kindly sent me a call tag to pick them up.

I don't know why these boots have positive reviews. I looked up how to return them immediately after the package arrived. They are made incredibly cheaply and the material resembled that of Halloween costumes. The zippers look super fragile and the bottoms of the shoes are clunky, slippery, and CHEAP. I am going to the post office right after I write this to return. I even bought these boots in two colors and I really wanted to love them. First pair of boots from UrbanOG. Such a shame. :(

received my boots super fast. I love the look of it, I can't wait to wear it during the fall. I like that the laces are adjustable for thick socks or lace it up tight with leggings. The boots look even better in person. I wear a size 7 1/2 and order the 8 and it fits perfect! Very happy customer ♥♥♥

I was overly excited to get these boots in the mail, and they fit perfectly when I tried them on. Then, I left the house and one of the zippers completely broke. I tried to fix it and so did my dad but neither of us could. The zipper broke the FIRST time I wore them. They're true to size and they look great, but they're made pretty cheap.

exactly what i wanted, color is beautiful (got the brown ones) lined all threw the foot which was a nice surprise. true to size, i actually got a half size bigger just in case and there is plenty of room for some nice thick socks. can\'t wait to rock these when the weather cools down!

These boots are awesome! I wore them from when I received them in Winter through most of Spring. They fit perfectly and I got many compliments on them. The only problems were that the leatherette comes off easily when scuffed against something rougher (like stone stairs) and the bottoms can be slippery on certain surfaces.

Awsome boot, very comfortable and true to size. I read some concerns about the adjustment of the shaft because the tongue is made into the boot, I just snipped mine a bit near the seam with no problems.

These boots were not cute at all. Looks much cheaper and clunky in person than in the pictures. Had to return because it was such a huge disappointment.

The boot looks and feel good and you get what you pay for. they're not the best quality and when you walk it feels weird because the sole has its curved arched. But the lacing is a problem i got one boot that had more holes on one side vs the other side so the laces ended up on one side.

These boots look great and I am keeping them, but I was disappointed when they arrived because the lacing is completely fake. You can't adjust them at all, which is why I bought them. Thankfully I was able to stretch the shaft a bit to make them wearable, but if a boot's lacing is just for show that should really be in the description somewhere. The heel is also a bit clicky, which is odd for a flat boot. But still, they are very cute.
