Loved the customer service on these boots (was notified of slight damage and was given an extra discount if I chose to purchase it)!! However they do run a bit big, as I am a true size 10 and I am swimming slightly in them. Also, the color was not quite the same as the picture, but I got over my disappointment, cuz the price was right. cute boot overall!
