The lining on the inside is soft and thick and it makes these boots really warm. The oustide feels soft and velvety too. They feel well made and the bottoms are grippy so they don't slip. They are a little loose on my legs so I think they would fit well even if you have thicker legs - especially since the shoelaces make them adjustable. I wish they came up an inch higher on me because they flare out at the thickest part of my leg. Still very cute though. I get compliments every time I wear them. My only complaint is that they are really hard to get off - there isn't anything to hold on to! I got the tan color and it is really beautiful in person. Fits true to size.
