Nothing wrong with merchandise, shoe was perfect, but I paid for 2 day express for $21, ordered on a wednesday and had expected it on friday to mail it to my customer (South America). I called and spoke to Kelsey on 5/15/12 @ 3:31 pm and she also said that it should've made it by friday. she did say that Urbanog send it out on time but it was UPS that probably made the delay. I explained to her that I paid $21 and blaming it on UPS didn't do me any good. she said that she would speak to her supervisor and that I would get a response back. today is 5/24/12 and nothing yet, so here is my review of your services.
