Shoes were cute but when I wore them out they hurt. The back part is uncomfortable

Loved the shoes, they fit perfectly. Although, they broke the first day I wore them.

Item was too large for me. Although I ordered another shoe that was the same size, it fit me perfectly while this item did not. The fit of this shoe may be too large for those people getting it in their regular size. I will be returning the item (not exchanging it) within the next week.
