really wanted to love these, but got sent tan instead of cognac and it just wasn't at all a good color.

I was sent the shoes and the box they were in said 'cognac' but instead inside were a pair of tan ones. Instead of going through the annoying process of exchanging, I decided to keep them. Aside from that mess up, the shoes are comfortable and fit.

these boots are amazing. They are a really nice kind of soft twist on the military boot.. they can also be folded up and laced all the way up, however may need longer laces for that. they are super comfy, and the fabric inside is not the same that is on the stuff shown on the outside, but is still very soft. I wore with a burgundy lace dress and black tights.
